Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are not accepted on sale items
We hope you love your order. If something is not quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must not contain perfume, makeup, stains or damage
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories or headwear where applicable
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as Laniya Sona Co. is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
